SINGAPORE (2021 – 2025)

▪ Dianalin has four years of work experience in Singapore with one employer — a Filipino-Chinese family. When she joined the family, her employer had just given birth to their first child. After two years, her employer became pregnant with their second child.

There were two helpers working in the household, and the residence type was an HDB flat with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Dianalin’s main responsibility was to look after the two children, whom she cared for since birth. She and her co-helper shared the responsibilities for both childcare and household chores.

Her duties included:

▪ Taking care of the newborn and toddler

▪ General house cleaning

▪ Laundry and ironing

▪ Occasionally cooking meals
